2011

An socially charged underground track that states “revolutions don’t happen without money,” while also touching upon the survival of people in third-world countries. The artists openly declare their refusal to be slaves to the system.

The rappers use metaphors of weaponry, fierce confrontation, and militant connections. The lyrics also feature references to iconic historical figures of the radical civil rights struggle.

Musically, the track follows the classic traditions of revolutionary indie hip-hop, blending aggressive delivery with a dark, atmospheric production produced by Snowgoons.
