Virtuoso harshly criticizes mainstream media, television, and official news outlets. He views them as tools of total control designed to brainwash people with false values, distract them from real-world issues, and push government agendas.
The rapper speaks out against the American political establishment, secret societies, and the “New World Order.” The lyrics expose government lies, the instigation of wars for the financial gain of the elites, and the restriction of civil liberties under the pretext of security.
Virtuoso defines his work in this track as counter-propaganda. He uses complex rhyme schemes, an aggressive delivery, and a wealth of historical and political metaphors (in the style of hardcore rap) to push people to think critically, question official narratives, and “wake up” from their mental slumber.
