This is a conceptual piece dedicated to the themes of inner transformation, psychological self-analysis, and the integration of one’s own personality. The title and lyrics of the track are based on the famous psychological concept of “Shadow Work,” which originates from the analytical psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. The “Shadow” represents the unconscious part of our psyche, where fears, resentments, suppressed emotions, as well as hidden, unrealized potential, are repressed.

In a psychological context, “transforming the darkness into the inner light” means that a person does not attempt to destroy or suppress their dark sides — such as anger, envy, or weaknesses. Instead, they acknowledge them to release the energy blocked within.

“Break out of the prism / That contains your light!” The track calls for breaking through the prism of limitations, boundaries, and mental blocks that people construct for themselves, allowing their inner light and true potential to finally burst forth.
