Seven Spherez – Shadow Work (feat. DJ TMB) (2019) [UK]

This track focus on self-analysis and personality integration, drawing directly on Carl Jung’s concept of “Shadow Work.” The lyrics examine the unconscious mind — specifically fears, suppressed emotions, and hidden potential

Instead of trying to eliminate these darker traits like anger or weakness, the song argues for accepting them to unlock personal growth. Quoting the line, “Break out of the prism / That contains your light!”, the track targets internal limitations and mental blocks, urging listeners to move past self-imposed boundaries.
